God wants me to have a new phone

The fates have conspired against me, to force me to get a new phone (I dropped my old phone and broke it the other day. Oh darn.)
I have done my typical AR things, and drawn up a spreadsheet for easy comparison of the phones, specials and tariffs I am interested in.
So far, the following phones are all looking interesting to me:
